General terms for advisory and brokerage services from Nordic Cloudtech AB.
Services
Nordic Cloudtech AB provides independent advisory and solution broker services in AI, automation, communications, digital infrastructure and security. Each engagement is governed by a separate agreement or quote.
Independence
We are vendor-neutral and do not accept commissions that influence our recommendations. Any partnerships or financial ties are disclosed openly.
Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the fees invoiced for the relevant engagement. Indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages are excluded.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential, during and after the engagement.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation, then at the Gothenburg District Court.
